Jacob Vossestein also works with Dutch and foreign military. He trained Dutch military personnel in the field of intercultural communication, facilitating their peacekeeping activities in the Gulf area (1990), Cambodia (1992), Angola (1995), Eritrea (2000) and other destinations.
He did field studies among the military in Cambodia at the time.
He also assisted British, Canadian, Czech, Rumanian and Bulgarian military personnel working with the Dutch or under Dutch command in Bosnia (1996/2002).
In 1997, he volunteered to be an election observer for the OSCE in civil rife-ridden Albania, resulting in one of the more exciting weeks of his life….
